I will build custom admin panel, admin dashboard, crm or web app in react and nextjs

About this gig
Most operations run on a spreadsheet only one person fully understands, and a process that breaks the week that person is on leave.
I turn that into software the whole team can use.
Recent work includes live payroll and workforce platforms: QR and manual time capture, weekly timesheets with manager approval, automatic invoice generation, payroll and accounting exports, and an audit trail for every change.
WHAT YOU GET
Role based access so managers, staff and clients each see only what they should
The actual workflow: statuses, approvals, exceptions, and who gets notified
CSV and XLSX import and export, because your data already lives somewhere
Dashboards built on your real numbers, not sample data
Deployed, documented, and yours to run without me
HOW IT RUNS
Send the spreadsheet or describe the process. I map the states and the edge cases first, then quote scope, milestones and a firm price before you order.
Sometimes the honest answer is that standardising the process fixes it. I will tell you that before you spend, not after.
Message me with your workflow and I will tell you what it takes.

FAQ
My workflow is messy and undocumented. Is that a problem?
No, that is normal. Most projects start as a spreadsheet and a description of who does what. I ask the right questions, map the real process, and propose the smallest tool that removes the pain.
Can you work with the files and tools we already use?
Yes. Reading and writing the files you already use (CSV, XLSX, PDF) and connecting to your existing tools is usually the core of the build, not an extra. Sample files help me scope accurately.
What if we outgrow the tool later?
The builds are structured so a small tool can grow into a bigger platform without starting over. If a bigger platform is the honest answer, I will say so upfront and scope it separately.
