Can the bot answer using my own content, not generic AI answers?
Yes. With the Premium package (or the RAG extra) I train the bot on your documents, FAQ or website, so it answers with your real content and follows your rules — not generic AI text.
Which AI models do you work with?
OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude). The bot can answer in any language, follow your knowledge base, and hand over to a human operator when needed. I'll recommend the best model for your use case and budget.
Will I be able to manage the bot myself?
With the Premium package you get a web admin panel — manage content, view users and statistics, and update answers without touching code.
Do you provide hosting?
I deploy the bot to your server or a cloud provider (VPS from ~$5/month). I'll help you choose and set everything up. Hosting and AI API fees are paid by you directly to the providers.
Which payment systems can you connect?
Stripe, Telegram Payments, crypto processors, and most local providers with an API. Tell me your country and I'll confirm the best option.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full source code with documentation is included in every package.
What if my project is bigger than the Premium package?

How do you handle security and my data?
