I am an architect. I prefer to do architectural design, floor plan rendering and creating presentation and info graph in a very creative way. I have profound knowledge in softwares like Sketch UP, Auto desk MAX, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Power point, Power director, Lumion and V-ray. A GPS co-ordinate of the site and approximate site area is enough to kick start the design process.
Do you need survey drawing and site topography drawing?
A survey drawing and Topography is a plus, but not mandatory. I can generate Topography drawing from available online data.
What are the key services you offer?
Services I offer includes, (1) Site plan/Layout Plan, (2) Working plan for authority approval, (3) 3D render/CGI/ Photorealistic Visualization, (4) Animated walkthrough and Aerial Video. (*) Financial analysis for investment and banking purpose[ON REQUEST]
