How I work:
100% human feedback.
I work primarily in Google Docs, where I leave comments and live reactions on whatever catches my eye. Was something unclear? Did something make me pause? Did something feel relatable, emotional, or just make me laugh? I'll let you know!
I take notes as I read and then put everything into a detailed reader's report after I finish your manuscript. In it, I go into more detail on what worked for me, what didn't, and why. I'll also include any broader notes on characters, structure, and clarity.
I read first and foremost as an organic reader, so I give your book a fair chance. I pay attention to pacing and potential plot holes, and I tend to point out repetition and redundancy.
I believe in honesty delivered in good faith. Even critical feedback stays constructive.
Since this is a new account, my prices are currently set low while I build my profile and reviews. If your manuscript is over 100k words, feel free to message me for a custom order.

What Software do you work with?
I usually work in Google Docs with comments enabled for easy in-line feedback, but I’m happy to use another format if you prefer.
Do you use AI?
All feedback is 100% human, with no AI used. Just as I wouldn’t have AI read a book for me when I read for fun, I would never let it beta-read your manuscript. I respect your privacy and will never share your work with anyone or with a language model.
Are you open to reading anything?
Yes! I’m comfortable reading all types of material, including sensitive content, and handle it respectfully.
