What do we need to provide you before starting the project?
1. Please inbox me with all your project requirements, files, and any design preferences so that I can review them and confirm the cost and delivery time. 2. Please send me copy of your design assets and any existing design references like your company brand guidelines, logo, fonts, website, etc.
In general, what will you design or include in our reports and documents?
Depending on the nature of your content, I will typically design the front cover page, back page, table of contents page, headers, footers, page numbers, and body pages with different layout composition (consisting of text frames/boxes, images, icons, tables, charts/graphs, infographics, etc.).
What types of documents and reports can you design?
Annual Reports, Market Reports, Stationary Items, Proposals & Plans, Company Profiles, Brochures, White Papers, Magazines, Training Manuals, Handbooks, Product Catalogs, Food Menus, Lead Magnets, Presentations, Infographics, Newsletters, Ebooks, Animated Epubs, & interactive and Fillable PDF forms.
We have brand guidelines or brand design preferences so can you design and format our report or document as per them?
Yes, I can help you with designing your reports and documents as per those designs. Please do share these guidelines before placing the order so that I can review them and confirm any queries.
We have an existing report/document that is only in PDF or designed in other design softwares so can you redesign them?
Yes, I can redesign your report/document from your existing PDF or if it is designed in softwares like Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc. with new design as per your branding. Please do share their relevant files so that I can review them before starting the work.
Can you also provide an editable copy of our report and document in MS Word where we can make edits at our end?
Yes, you can purchase an add-on service where I can provide you an editable copy in MS Word of your report or document that is designed in the graphics design softwares. Depending on the scope, I will need to redesign each them page-by-page in MS Word. Please further contact for the details
Can you design PDF Fillable Forms and documents as per your branding?
Yes, I can design different PDF fillable forms in Adobe InDesign. If required, I will further enhance them in Adobe Acrobat DC for adding any calculations. I can design invoice, quote, purchase order, agreements, questionnaires, surveys, and other types of forms.
Can you also design interactive PDFs/e-books and animated presentations?
Yes, I can design interactive PDFs/e-books and animated presentations in Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, and also in PowerPoint. Please further inbox me with details so that I can review and confirm.
We need a designer that works with us on long-term basis so that we can assign tasks when required. Are you available to be hired on long-term basis?
