Need official Italian documents for citizenship by descent or family research? I am based in Italy and personally request records from the competent Italian offices.
DOCUMENTS I CAN HELP OBTAIN:
- Birth, marriage and death certificates
- Civil status extracts and full copies
- Historical residence and citizenship certificates
- Parish records, when available
HOW IT WORKS:
- Message me with the document needed, full name, date/year, town and parents' names if known.
- I review the information and clarify missing details before accepting the request.
- I send my service terms and a custom Fiverr offer.
- Once issued, I provide a PDF scan when available and arrange delivery.
SERVICE FEE: $140 per document.
Payment terms and any official fees are explained before ordering.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- $20 for tracked international registered mail.
- Your own courier: arrange and pay for pickup directly, with no $20 shipping charge.

What information do you need?
Full name, document type, date or approximate year, and Italian town. Parents' names and existing records are helpful. If some details are missing, contact me before ordering.
What does the $140 service fee include?
The $140 fee covers my professional service for one document. After reviewing your request, I explain the payment terms and provide a custom Fiverr offer. Shipping and any applicable official fees are additional.
How long does it take to obtain a document?
Processing times vary depending on the Italian office. I cannot guarantee an exact date or document availability. I will keep you informed throughout the process.
Can you ship original documents internationally?
Yes. Tracked international registered mail costs $20. Alternatively, you can arrange and pay for your own courier pickup. Shipping details are agreed in advance.
Do you provide Italian citizenship legal advice?
No. I specialize in retrieving official Italian documents. I do not provide legal advice, citizenship eligibility assessments or comprehensive genealogical research.
