FAQ
Q: What information do you need to start?
A: Please send the name, age, event date, time, venue, RSVP wording, preferred theme and colors. Include any photo you want used. For matching items, send their wording and sizes too.
Q: Can I edit the invitation in Canva?
A: Yes. Every package includes an editable Canva link so you can update the text and other editable elements.
Q: Do I need Canva Pro?
A: Please tell me whether you use Canva Free or Pro. If you use Canva Free, I will use suitable free elements so you can edit and download your design without Pro assets.
Q: Can you include a photo?
A: Yes. A photo can be included on the invitation front. Standard and Premium also include a matching photo back. Please provide a clear, high-resolution photo.
Q: What files will I receive?
A: You will receive JPG, PNG, a print-ready PDF and an editable Canva link for each design included in your package.
Q: What counts as a revision?
A: Revisions cover changes to the agreed design, such as text, colors and placement. A new theme, new concept or additional item is outside the included revisions.
Q: Do you provide printed invitations?
A: No. This is a digital design service. You can print the supplied PDF or share the JPG and PNG online.
Q: Can you deliver within 24 hours?
A: Rush delivery is available for the Basic package as a paid extra. Please message me before ordering to confirm availability.
Q: Can I order templates for my Etsy shop?
A: Please message me first. Templates intended for resale require a separate agreement covering the design scope and asset licensing.
