Which tools can you connect?
Most tools with an API or export: Google Sheets, Excel, email, Slack, CRMs, databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL) and web apps. If a tool has no API, we can often work with exports or scheduled imports.
Do you use no-code tools like Zapier or n8n?
We use n8n where it fits, and write custom code (Python or Node.js) when you need more control, lower running costs or logic that no-code tools can't handle. We'll recommend the simplest option that works.
What do I need to share before you start?
A short description of the manual process, the tools involved, sample files or screenshots, and what the end result should look like. We'll confirm the scope in writing before work begins.
Where will the automation run?
On your own cloud account or server (AWS, a VPS or on-premise), so you keep full ownership and control. Hosting and third-party tool costs are billed to your accounts. We handle setup and deployment.
Will I get the source code?
Yes. You receive the full source code or workflow files plus handover documentation, so your team can run and maintain it. We're also available for changes and new features later.
