I'm ZaxXx and I'm graphic and motion graphic designer for over 9 years. Mostly working in Adobe After Effects to provide high quality templates and videos for my customers. FAQ
Can I use logo with text on the same video?
Sure you can! I can add motto or link to your website under your logo that will be used in the video. Just send me details in requirements and let's get to work!
Can I get video with custom glitch colors?
There is an option in extras where you can order a video with custom colors. You will have to pick 3 colors that will appear in the video. You will have to send me them in HEX code. For example you want deep red color it's HEX code will be #C81B1B. In standard there are red, blue and white colors.
Will I get the glitch sounds?
Yes! Glitch sounds are included in every package. You will get them in every video in this GIG. Isn't that great?
What does transparent background mean?
Transparent background (Alpha) means that your video won't have that black background in it. When you upload your video for ex. to Premiere Pro you won't have to do keying on it. When it's on layer above second layer everything below will be still visible. File is in MOV format with Alpha channel.
What does Greenscreen background mean?
It's different than transparent background. Greenscreen is an alternative for basic black screen that appears in standard version. Most software have Greenscreen keying. Some content creators more likely works with Greenscreen videos than videos with standard black background.
Can I use text if I don't have a logo? What about the font?
Absolutely! If you don't have a logo or you want use text instead of logo you can provide me name or short text and I'll make video with it. The base font that I use in my project is Bebas Neue but if you want to see any other just let me know!
What if my logo is black? Can you change the colors of my logo?
You can always order a GIG with Greenscreen extras so it will be visible. Black elements won't work with RGB split - it won't be visible. Otherwise you can choose extras where I'll change your logo color. If none will be selected I'll send you intro on white background.
What if elements of my logo are black?
Just like with all in black logo. You can choose Greenscreen in extras. Or you can choose extras where I'll change colors for you. It can be whole logo or just elements from them. If none will be selected I'll send you intro on white background.
Elements of my logo have different colors. Is that alright?
I's alright as long as your logo isn't black. Some colors may work less with RGB split or differently from the examples. The best color for glitch animation is white because it have full range of RGB colors in it.
What does custom seed mean?
It means that the effects will get different values from the original. It makes them placed in the same place but unique looking. The length and sound effects will stay the same.
