What information do you need to start?
Please send your logo, final text, product details, exact size or dieline, product images, preferred colors, design references and printer instructions, if available.
What if I do not have a dieline?
Please send the exact measurements and packaging style. I can prepare a simple dieline or keyline. For complex structural packaging, please message me before ordering.
Will I receive print-ready files?
Yes. I will provide high-resolution print-ready files according to the final size and printer requirements. Final printed colors may vary depending on the printer, ink and material, so a physical proof is recommended.
Which file formats will you provide?
I normally provide editable AI & PSD, print-ready PDF, and JPG or PNG preview files. EPS file can also be provided.
Can you prepare color separation and white ink?
Yes. I can prepare separated colors and a white-ink layer for flexible or gravure printing according to your printer’s technical requirements.
Can you set up foil, emboss, deboss, spot UV or lamination?
Yes. I will prepare the required print effects in separate and clearly named layers. Please inform me about all special effects before placing your order.
What does a design concept mean?
A concept means one original visual direction. You will select one concept for final development. The other unselected concepts will not be delivered.
What counts as a revision?
A revision means changes to the selected concept, such as text, colors, images or layout. A completely new concept, new product or major redesign is not considered a revision.
Can you make additional sizes, flavors or product variants?
Yes. After the main design is approved, I can adapt it for additional sizes, flavors or product variants through a Gig Extra or custom offer.
Do I need to provide the final packaging text?
Yes. Please provide final and verified text, ingredients, barcode, claims and legal information. I will arrange everything professionally, but the buyer is responsible for content accuracy and legal compliance.
