PREMIUM ($500) - A complete lead system: capture - AI reads and sorts - CRM update - automatic follow-up. Includes n8n installed on your own server, backups, failure alerts, full documentation, and 14 days support.

What's the real difference between the three packages?
Basic is one simple workflow. Standard adds CRM/database syncing across up to 3 linked workflows. Premium is a full lead-handling system installed on your own server with AI-powered lead sorting, failure alerts, and ongoing support.
Do you build custom AI logic, or just connect existing tools?
Both. I integrate AI models directly into your workflows, using GPT, Gemini, Claude, OpenRouter, or another provider you prefer, so the workflow doesn't just move data between apps. For example, it can read an incoming message and decide how to route it, rather than just forwarding it as-is.
How do you access my n8n to build the workflow?
You invite me as a collaborator on your n8n instance, or share temporary login access. You add your own API keys and credentials yourself, I never need your actual keys.
Can you fix or improve a workflow I already built?
Yes, if it's already running on n8n. Message me with details before ordering so I can scope it correctly.
What if my automation needs more than 3 workflows?
That's available as a custom quote beyond Premium. Message me with what you need and I'll put together a scope and price.
Is hosting included?
Premium includes installation on your own server. For Basic and Standard, you'll need an existing n8n instance. I can also install one for you as a separate service.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Standard includes 7 days and Premium includes 14 days of support for issues with what was delivered. Ongoing monthly maintenance can be arranged separately.
Do you offer ongoing monthly maintenance after delivery?
Yes. Once your workflows are live, I can monitor and maintain them on a monthly basis. Message me after delivery and I'll send a custom monthly offer, you'll get a fresh offer to accept each month, so there's no automatic recurring charge without your confirmation.
