I will deploy, install, upgrade and/or troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise in a hosting of your choice. Including but not limited to; ArcGIS server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS datastore, and ArcGIS Web Adaptor. High Availability deployments are also available.
You are required to have purchased a valid ArcGIS Enterprise License. If you do not have a valid license I can help you acquire one but that would cost extra. ArcGIS Enterprise licenses cost approximately 100k USD.
This gig includes SSL certificate installation, you may provide one or use certificates that are available via lets encrypt.
Data Migration services are available
I can help with data migration, basic support is included but should you need any custom migration there may be additional charges. Data migration will be provided using the ArcGIS Enterprise backup and restore utility.

What type of hosting is suitable?
The ideal hosting would be 4 VPS servers with at least 4vCPUs, 16-32GB RAM each and enough storage to store your data. For optimum performance, it is highly recommended that the CPU has a clock speed of at least 2.9ghz.
