Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please contact me before ordering so I can review your files, understand the scope and recommend the right package or send a custom offer for larger projects.
Can we schedule a meeting or detailed discussion before starting?
Yes, I highly recommend it! As an Architect, I prefer discussing project scope, requirements, and design vision in detail via Fiverr Video Call. This allows me to consult on your design, explain my workflow, and ensure we are perfectly aligned before you place an order.
Can I place an order directly without discussing the project first?
Please CONTACT ME before placing an order. Every architectural project has a unique scale, style and complexity. A brief discussion allows me to review your files, confirm the scope and ensure you are selecting the right package (or a Custom Quote) to avoid cancellations or misunderstandings.
What do you need to start the project?
Please send any available project files such as CAD drawings, PDF plans, sketches, dimensions, mood boards, reference/inspirational images from Google/Pinterest and material preferences.
What is included in the Render Ready package?
Render Ready is for buyers who already have a 3D model. I will apply realistic materials, lighting and rendering to your existing model. 3D modeling is not included in this package.
My project is larger than 1200 sq. ft (Commercial/Complex). Can you do it?
Absolutely. I specialize in large-scale commercial, residential and multi-unit projects. The listed packages are for standard residential sizing. Please contact me and send your plans for a precise Custom Offer.
Can you work on projects larger than the package limits?
Yes. Large residential, commercial, landscape and multi-room projects usually require a custom quote. Please message me with your plans before ordering.
What is the difference between the Basic ($75) and Standard ($245) package?
The Basic ($75) package is for clients who already have a 3D model and just need it rendered. The Standard ($245) package includes full 3D modeling from scratch using your 2D plans for one room.
Do you offer interior design services or just rendering?
As a trained Architect & Interior Designer, I don't just "render." I help with spatial planning, furniture selection and design aesthetics in the Standard and Premium packages.
Can you share samples similar to my specific project requirements?
Yes, sure. I have worked on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects, and I can share relevant samples based on your project type. If needed, I can also show selected work samples during a Zoom call.
