Yes for scanned PDFs and phone photos. Handwriting depends on how legible it is, so I test your samples first and tell you the expected accuracy before you order.
Which AI models do you use, and who pays for them?
OpenAI or Claude for understanding documents, plus OCR for scans. Tools I build run on your own API key, which usually costs a few cents per document. For the Extraction Run package, AI costs are included.
How accurate is the extraction?
It depends on document quality, so I measure it on your own samples. Validation rules and confidence flags catch errors, so uncertain fields are marked for review instead of silently going wrong.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your documents are used only for your project and deleted after delivery if you ask. For sensitive data, the tool can run entirely on your own computer or server.
