FAQ
Do I need my own Make com account?
Yes — the scenario has to live in your account so you own it permanently. You invite me as a team member, I build and test it there, and you remove my access at delivery. Nothing is hosted on my side, so there's no risk of losing your automation if we stop working together.
Which Make com plan do I need?
It depends on how many operations your scenario runs. Simple automations often fit the free plan; anything running frequently or moving a lot of records usually needs Core or Pro. Tell me your volume before you buy anything and I'll tell you which tier actually covers it.
What if the app I use isn't in Make's app list?
Most of the time I can still connect it using Make's HTTP module and the app's API — that covers almost any tool with API access. Send me the app name and I'll check its documentation and confirm before you order whether it's possible.
How do I share my logins safely?
You don't send me passwords. You connect the apps yourself inside your own Make account, or invite me as a team member with limited access. Where an API key is needed, share it through a secure method and rotate it after delivery. Your credentials stay yours.
What do you need from me to start?
Three things: the process you want automated described step by step, the apps involved, and access to a Make account. If you have sample data — a form entry, a spreadsheet row, an example email — send that too. It makes testing far faster and more accurate.
Will I be able to edit the scenario myself?
Yes. I build with clearly named modules and add notes explaining what each step does, so it reads like instructions rather than a puzzle. You also get a short walkthrough at handover covering how to change the parts you're most likely to want to adjust.
What happens if it breaks after delivery?
Every order includes a revision period for anything not working as agreed. Automations also break for reasons outside the build — an app changes its API, a connection expires, your data format changes. Message me and I'll tell you the cause honestly and quote only if it's genuinely new work.
Do you also work with Zapier and n8n?
Yes. If you're already committed to Make, I'll build there. If you haven't chosen yet, tell me your use case and budget and I'll recommend the platform that fits — sometimes that's n8n for cost at volume, sometimes Zapier for simplicity. I'm not tied to any one of them.
Can you fix or improve a make automation I already have?
Yes, that's a common request. Share the scenario and describe what's going wrong or what's costing too many operations. I'll review it and tell you whether it's worth repairing or rebuilding before you pay for either.
How long does it take?
A single straightforward scenario is usually 2–3 days including testing. Multi-step workflows across several apps take about a week. I'll give you a realistic timeline after seeing your process — I'd rather quote honestly than promise a day and miss it.
