I will clean and combine up to 3 reviewed CSV files: 100 total input rows, up to 10 output columns, one agreed structure.
You receive:
- XLSX workbook and clean CSV
- exception list for missing, ambiguous or conflicting values
- retained duplicate records
- row-level audit and applied rules
Originals stay unchanged. Leading-zero IDs are kept as text. Date/number formats follow agreed conventions. I do not guess missing data or silently resolve conflicts.

What does this package include?
Up to 3 reviewed CSV sources, 100 total input rows and 10 output columns in one agreed schema. Deliverables are XLSX, clean CSV, exceptions, retained duplicates, a row-level audit and rules. Please message me with an anonymized sample before ordering.
Can I send an Excel file instead of CSV?
CSV is the core input for this package. XLSX input needs prior assessment of sheets, structure and features. Password-protected files, macros and complex formulas are outside this package. Please send an anonymized sample first.
How do you handle duplicates, missing data and conflicts?
We agree the key and duplicate rules first. Duplicate records are retained separately. Missing, ambiguous and conflicting values are held in an exception list for your decision. I do not invent missing values or silently choose between conflicting records.
Will leading-zero IDs stay intact?
IDs such as 0001 are stored as text in the XLSX. The CSV preserves the characters, but spreadsheet apps may auto-convert them when opened. Import the CSV with ID columns set to Text. Tell me the date and number conventions you need.
What is included in the revision?
One consolidated review of mapping decisions and held records from the same files, using the agreed schema. It does not include new files, formats, columns or a changed output schema. Please combine your feedback into one list.
Will the files work with my CRM or every spreadsheet app?
There is no universal compatibility guarantee. Give me your required schema and import specifications before ordering. I do not access live CRMs or accounts. Any target-system import or application-specific compatibility needs separate assessment.
Do you use AI, and what data should I send?
This is an AI-assisted workflow with checks. Before sharing data, tell me any software, AI, processing-location or confidentiality restrictions. Send only information you are authorized to share and anonymize the sample. Restrictions must be agreed before work starts.
What is outside this package?
OCR, PDF extraction, macros, web scraping, accounting, statistical analysis, live CRM or account access, ongoing support and unreviewed input formats are excluded. Gallery examples are fictional demonstrations, not customer projects.
