Do you need access to my website?
For an audit only, your link is enough. For fixes, I need collaborator or editor access. Please invite me instead of sharing your password, and remove my access after delivery.
Which platforms do you work on?
I mainly audit and fix Wix sites. Message me your platform before ordering and I will confirm whether I can fix it directly or give you clear instructions.
Does this protect me from a lawsuit?
No. I am not a lawyer and cannot guarantee legal protection. I improve your accessibility and give you a clear report. For legal questions, please speak with an attorney.
Will my website be 100% compliant afterward?
No one can honestly promise that. I fix the issues found in the audit and tell you what remains. New pages and content can add new issues later.

Do you use automated tools or check manually?
Both. Tools find the quick, obvious problems, and a manual review catches what tools miss, like keyboard use and unclear labels. No tool alone can find every issue.
What is the difference between ADA, WCAG and Section 508?
ADA is a US civil rights law. WCAG is the technical guideline used to measure web accessibility. Section 508 is a US standard for federal sites. I check your site against WCAG, which also covers most of what the others look for.
