Will you provide code with it?
At of all no.
What do you need to get started?
To get started, I need a description of what needs to appear on each screen. For example if, you need a "Login screen", then the description will be I need email and password fields on the screen. You can also send handmade rough sketches. This makes the process efficient.
Will I get updates about the order progress before the deadline?
When I start working on your order, I will send you the first screen for review to make sure you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied it then I proceed with the other screens.
