How long does a typical project take?
Depends on complexity. Simple workflows (3-5 steps): 5-7 days. Standard (10-15 steps): 7-14 days. Complex (15+ steps, multiple integrations): 14-21 days. I always give you a timeline upfront before we start.
Do you work with my existing tools?
Yes. I integrate with 500+ apps and APIs: Stripe, Slack, Google Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce, databases, custom APIs, webhooks—basically anything with an API. If you use it, I can connect it.
What if my project is different from the packages?
Contact me first. I custom-scope projects. The packages are guidelines, but every business is different. Let's discuss your specific needs.
Will I need to do anything technical?
No. I handle all technical setup. You just provide access to your tools (I use secure connections) and feedback during development. No coding required from you.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
Included in the package: 7-30 days post-delivery support depending on package. I monitor the system and fix issues. If it's a major issue, I jump on it immediately. If it's a feature request, we discuss next steps.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Every project includes handover training: walkthrough of how the system works, how to monitor it, and how to handle common scenarios. I can also do optional follow-up training sessions.
What's the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic: One workflow, 1 integration (good for testing). Standard: 2-3 workflows, 3-4 integrations, multi-step automation (most popular). Premium: Enterprise system, database setup, advanced integrations, ongoing optimization. Pick based on how many workflows and integrations you need.
