- Strict Scope: Your final deliverables will strictly match exactly what we agree upon in our Custom Offer or the selected package. Any additional drawings (like extra sections or iso views or renderings) not listed will require a separate quote.
- Engineering & Legal Limits: I provide drafting based on your design. I do not provide official architectural stamps for city permits, nor do I make structural engineering decisions (such as altering load-bearing columns) for safety reasons.
