I will build a responsive website in HTML, CSS, react or nextjs

About this gig
Need a clean, fast, responsive website? I build with HTML, CSS, React and Next.js no bloated page builders, no WordPress.
What you get:
- Hand-coded, responsive site that works on desktop, tablet and mobile
- Clean, readable code you own it, source code included
- Fast load times, no heavy frameworks unless needed
- React or Next.js for interactive projects
- Clear communication in English or Portuguese
How it works:
1. You tell me what the site is for and send text/images
2. I build it and send a preview link
3. You request revisions (per package)
4. I deliver the final files + source code
Why me:
I'm a developer, not a template installer. Every site is written from scratch to fit your project. If something can't be done, I tell you upfront no surprises.
Check the packages for details. Message me before ordering if you're not sure which one fits.

FAQ
Do you use WordPress or templates?
No. Every site is hand-coded from scratch with HTML, CSS, React or Next.js. No WordPress, no page builders, no bloated templates.
Do I own the code after delivery?
Yes. You receive the full source code and own it completely. No lock-in, no monthly fees, no dependency on me after delivery.
Can you make it mobile-friendly?
Always. Every package includes responsive design — your site will work on desktop, tablet and mobile. Tested before delivery.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. If you need more, you can add extra revisions before or during the order. Small tweaks within scope are always fine.
What do you need from me to start?
Text content, images or logo (if you have them), a reference site you like, and a short description of what the site is for. If you don't have content ready, I can work with placeholders first.
