I am a Food Science PhD and university lecturer at Hefei University of Technology, China, with 10+ years in fermentation and metabolic engineering, and corresponding author of SCI papers in Foods, Fermentation, Heliyon and Toxins.

Do you rewrite the paper for me?
No. I edit, restructure and verify your own text and data. I do not write manuscripts on your behalf or fabricate results - that would put your career and my account at risk.
Is my unpublished manuscript kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only for the order, are never shared or reused, and I never publish or recycle client text. On request I can delete your files after delivery.
Can you guarantee my paper will be accepted?
No one can, and anyone who does is misleading you. I make your manuscript internally consistent, clear and submission-ready so reviewers judge the science, not the writing.
My paper received reviewer comments. Can you help?
Yes. Send the decision letter and the comments with your manuscript. In PREMIUM I draft a point-by-point response letter; in other packages I quote it separately.
Do you only work on food science and biology papers?
Food science, microbiology, fermentation, biotechnology and analytical chemistry are where I am strongest. Other life-science topics are fine for language editing.
