Do you offer video calls or phone calls?
No. I only communicate via text messages on Fiverr. I can communicate in both English and Chinese. This keeps everything clear, organized, and easy to track.
What do you need from me to start?
Please provide your text content, product images, and logo. If you have a reference design or brand guidelines, that helps too. I handle the full layout from there.
Can you handle layouts in English and Chinese?
Yes. I'm fluent in both English and Chinese, and I can handle layouts in either language. Communication is via Fiverr text messages only.
Do you accept urgent projects or same-day delivery?
Standard delivery times apply. If you need urgent delivery, please message me first to check availability before placing an order.
Will the files be ready for printing?
Yes. All files are prepared with correct bleed, CMYK color mode, and 300 DPI resolution. Even if a specific printer doesn't require bleed, I always keep a safe margin and ensure important content is not placed too close to the edge.
How many revisions do you offer?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. Additional revisions can be purchased if needed.
