What equipment do you use?
I shoot with my DJI Osmo Pro but I can also shoot on my iPhone. I record my audio on a professional mic for crisp and clear audio. I use natural light as well as a lighting equipment depending on the request
can you use/hold my product? How can I send it? Will you return it?
Once we've agreed on price, I will tell you how you can send your product. We will then start the order once I have received it. PLEASE do not start an order if I have not received the product! Yes I can return it to you if you provide a postage PAID label in the original package.
What is your revision policy?
Once I shoot your video, I will only do a free revision if I made an error. If you want changes to script or any aspect of the video footage; there will be a fee of 50% of the video
