How do you choose cases to evaluate?
In general, randomly using a database of interactions. However, feel free to provide a specific case that you'd like to be evaluated.
Do you use Artificial Intelligence?
No, I don't think that AI will be able to capture every single detail and provide genuine, tailored analysis.
Can you provide feedback to agents?
This gig doesn't include the service; however, I leave full comments on why something went wrong. I do not leave comments on the evaluation if something was done right, only focusing on the areas that were not fulfilled. However, if you specifically request, I am able to accomodate that.
Can my company grow with your help?
Yes. At my current company, we have increased the Trustpilot score from 2.6 to 4.2. Great customer service is key to success. Agents are pleased to receive constructive feedback to improve their skills.
