About this Gig
I will organise and clean your existing Excel or CSV data so it is easier to review and use.
This package covers up to 2 files, 100 rows in total and 10 columns. It includes:
- Trimming extra spaces and applying agreed formatting.
- Identifying and removing exact duplicates using your confirmed matching rule.
- Flagging missing values, conflicting entries and unclear dates for your decision.
- A cleaned XLSX file, an unchanged copy of the source data and a short change log.
Please share a small, non-sensitive sample and your required column layout before ordering. Scans, handwriting, macros, complex formulas and database integrations require a separate scope review.
My workflow uses AI assistance and automated checks, followed by a final review. Please confirm that this workflow is suitable for the files you provide and that you are authorised to share them. Delivery: 3 days, with one revision within the agreed scope.
FAQ
What will I receive?
You will receive a cleaned XLSX file, an unchanged copy of your source data, and a short change log. Missing values, conflicting entries and unclear dates are flagged for your decision. One revision within the agreed scope is included.
How are duplicate records handled?
Before work starts, we agree which columns define a duplicate and which record to retain. Only exact matches under that rule are removed. Similar names or conflicting records are flagged rather than merged by guesswork.
What should I send before ordering?
Please send a small, non-sensitive sample, your desired output layout, date and number formats, and duplicate rules. The package covers up to 2 files, 100 total rows and 10 columns. Scans, macros, complex formulas and larger files need a scope review first.
Do you use AI to process the files?
Yes. The workflow uses AI assistance and automated checks, followed by a final review. Only share files you are authorised to provide and remove unnecessary personal or confidential data. If AI use is not permitted, please tell me before ordering.
