What's an example of a GTM automation you'd build?
A common one: a new lead hits your CRM → an agent scores it, pulls relevant context, drafts a personalized first-touch email, and routes it to the right rep — all without anyone touching a spreadsheet. I'll scope the exact version for your stack.
Do you need access to my CRM/tools?
For integration work, yes. Usually API keys or a sandbox/test account, not full production access unless you're comfortable with that. We'll agree on scope before I touch anything live.
Is this just prompt writing?
No. Prompting is one small part. The actual work is building the agent logic, connecting it to your real tools via APIs/MCP, handling errors, and making sure it runs reliably not a one-off ChatGPT-style demo.
Can you build on top of my existing app, or does this need a new one?
Either. Most of this work plugs into what you already have. If there's no existing system to plug into, I can build the minimal backend/dashboard the automation needs.
What if I'm not sure exactly what to automate yet?
Get intouch and describe the manual work eating your team's time. I'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit for automation and roughly what package it falls into before you order.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after delivery?
Yes, as a separate arrangement once the initial system is live. Happy to discuss a retainer if you want ongoing changes or new automations added over time.
