Is the website ready to use, with domain and hosting included?
Yes. Every package includes a working website, launch setup, and the first year of standard domain registration and hosting. I can also connect your existing domain. Premium domains are excluded. We agree renewal terms before ordering.
How does the $25 monthly update service work?
Optional care is $25/month. Send unlimited requests for small text, image, link and existing-layout edits; I handle one request at a time. New pages, redesigns and new features are separate. Updates are handled during business days, not as emergency support.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, services, logo, preferred colors, public contact details, page content and a style example. Supply images you own or have permission to use. Standard and Premium include polishing your supplied copy.
What counts as a page or revision?
Each page includes up to 5 sections. Basic includes 2 revision rounds; Standard and Premium include 3. A round is one consolidated list of edits within the agreed scope. New pages, features or a new design direction are quoted separately.
Which platform will you use?
This package uses Readdy for business websites. We agree the platform, editing access and handover before ordering. Domains should be registered in your name. Shopify and other platforms require a separate scope and quote.
Can you build a Shopify store?
Yes, message me for a separate store quote. You supply product details, approved assets and policies, and manage inventory, shipping and fulfillment. Store subscriptions, paid apps and custom features are outside these business-website packages.
What is included after launch?
I fix defects in the delivered scope for 14 days after completion. New content and changes are available through optional $25/month care. Standard includes a handover guide; Premium includes a recorded walkthrough.
What copy and SEO work is included?
Standard includes polishing up to 600 supplied words; Premium up to 1,000. Both include page titles and meta descriptions. Premium also includes one existing booking-tool embed or external payment link. Sales and search rankings are not guaranteed.
