Need the left and right text columns in a PDF kept separate in Excel? I can extract a small, consistent batch and check the result against the source.
This package covers up to 10 selectable-text PDF pages OR 1000 physical line positions, whichever comes first, using one consistent two-column layout. You receive an XLSX workbook with separate left/right text, page and line references, filters, and an exception report. Blank-side rows stay in place. Text stays text; I do not guess dates, prices or missing values.
Please message me with one representative redacted page before ordering so I can confirm that the layout fits. The package includes one consolidated revision to correct extraction or formatting against the agreed rules. New pages or a different layout need a separate scope.
Scans, handwriting, OCR, translated text, paragraph reconstruction and live systems are excluded. This preserves physical lines; entries on the same row are not assumed to describe the same item.
The gallery uses fictional data from my own demonstration, not previous client results. All communication and files stay on Fiverr.

Can you handle scanned PDFs?
This package is for selectable text only. It does not include OCR, photographs, handwriting or broken text encoding.
What does a row mean?
A row preserves a physical text-line position on a source page. The left and right entries are not assumed to belong to one record. Wrapped continuation lines remain separate.
What is checked?
I reconcile page and extracted-line counts, compare the extracted text with the source, retain page/line references, check blank-side positions and reopen the workbook. Unclear or unsupported areas are listed for review.
What is included in the revision?
One consolidated correction to extraction or formatting under the original agreed rules. Additional pages, new layouts, OCR or different data rules are a separate scope.
Is the sample client work?
No. It is an original fictional demonstration with two pages and 12 line positions. It does not prove that every PDF will work, so please message a redacted page before ordering.
Can you rebuild paragraphs or merge records?
Not in this package. It preserves physical text lines and their column positions, with normalized spacing between words. Completely blank lines are not reconstructed.
