Which Airtable fields can you map from Google Forms?
Any standard field type including text, email, phone numbers, single/multi-select dropdowns, checkboxes, and dates. I will ensure every form question maps perfectly to the correct Airtable column.
Do I need a paid Make.com or Airtable account?
No. Both platforms offer generous free plans that work perfectly for standard lead intake. If your volume or specific setup requires a paid tier, I will let you know before we begin.
Can you connect other apps to this workflow?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages support adding extra modules like Slack notifications, CRM updates, WhatsApp alerts, or email triggers. Message me to discuss your custom stack.
Will this work with my existing Airtable base?
Absolutely. I can safely connect the automation to your current Airtable base and map the form data into your existing columns without disrupting your current data.
I don’t want to share my login credentials. How do we work?
You never have to share your passwords. I will build and test the automation in my own Make account, then export it as a Blueprint JSON file. You can import it into your account with one click and safely log into your own connections.
What happens if a lead submits the form twice?
By default, both entries are recorded. If you want to prevent duplicates, my Premium package includes custom logic to search Airtable first and update existing records instead of creating duplicates.
What happens if the automation stops working or breaks later?
Every order includes post-delivery support (up to 7 days on Premium) to fix any bugs. However, I am not responsible for breakages caused by future changes you make to your form fields or Airtable structure.
Is there a limit on how many leads can pass through per month?
The automation itself has no limit, but Make’s free plan allows 1,000 operations per month. One form submission typically uses 2 to 3 operations. If you expect more than 300–400 leads monthly, you may eventually need Make's core paid plan ($9/mo).
