What is the process?
Firstly I'll read through the information provided in the requirements and ask for further detail if needed. From there I will start creating the initial designs and let you know a timeframe of when to expect them. We then refine and finalize the concept of your choice.
What is a Vector/Source File? And why do I need it?
A vector/source file is a mathematically formulated outline which allows a design to be resized infinitely without quality loss or pixelation. For applications such as print design and signage, this format is necessary. It also allows the design to be edited and manipulated in the future if needed
What is the main difference between the packages?
The main difference between the packages are the number of initial designs included as well as additional components included. The quality and service are the same for all the packages.
What is included in the social media kit?
The social media kit includes 3 profile pictures of your choice (by default, these are Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and a favicon. A facebook cover image is also included on request, but the image to be used must be supplied
What is a brand guide?
A brand guide, also known as a brand book or style guide, is a set of guidelines on usage of the logo. This includes sizing, spacing, color codes (Pantone, CMYK, HEX, RGB), typography and colorways.
What stationery items are available?
You can choose a business card, letterhead, envelope, cover page or thank you note for the stationery add on. If you have a different stationery design in mind, please message me prior to placing your order to confirm that I offer it.
Do you offer other design services?
Certainly! I do everything from packaging design to web design and development (including ecommerce), digital art, signage, van/car wraps, print collateral and more. Feel free to message me to discuss further
