Will the three statements actually link?
Yes. The P&L flows into the balance sheet and cash flow, the balance sheet balances in every period, and cash ties back. Not three separate tabs sitting next to each other.
What do you need from me to start?
How you make money, your main cost drivers, any historical financials you have, and what the model is for (fundraising, bank loan, or internal planning). You do not need everything organized - I will help you structure it.
I am pre-revenue. Can you still build it?
Yes. Early-stage models are built from assumptions rather than history, and I will help you set defensible ones against your market.
Can I update the model myself afterwards?
Yes. All inputs live on one colour-coded assumptions tab. Change a number there and the whole model updates. You also get a short note explaining the structure.
I already built a model with AI. Will you work with it?
Yes - send it exactly as it is. Most AI-built models fail the same three ways: hard-coded numbers buried inside formulas, a balance sheet that does not balance, and assumptions nowhere on the sheet. I fix the structure and tell you which assumptions will not hold up. You keep everything you already
I have to present this to investors or a bank. Can you help me prepare?
Yes - that is the add-on. Before your meeting I give you a written brief: the questions you are most likely to be asked about this model, where each number comes from, and which assumptions you should be ready to defend. After the meeting, send me anything you could not answer and I will respond in
