Yes. A hand sketch, a photo of a similar design, or just a list of dimensions and must-haves is enough to start.
Which software do you use?
I Edit to your real tools, e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop.)
Do you provide structural engineering or permit-ready drawings?
No. My designs are for visualization and planning. Structural calculations and permit approval need a licensed engineer or architect in your area, but I can supply drawings they can work from.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Each package includes the stated number of revisions. Extra revisions can be added as a paid extra.
What file formats will I get?
JPG/PNG for renders, PDF and DWG for plans. Other formats on request.
Can I use the images commercially (investors, marketing, listings)?
Yes, once the order is complete you can use them for your project. I may show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
