Using n8n and Google Gemini, I set up a pipeline that takes your input (a form submission, an uploaded document, or a meeting transcript), extracts exactly the structured data you need, and logs it straight into Google Sheets organized, consistent, ready to use.

This ranges from simple structured logging (e.g. content ideas with a topic/tone/output format) to more advanced extraction pulling a full meeting summary, key decisions, and action items with owners and due dates out of a raw transcript, formatted and split into the right columns automatically. I've built and tested both versions on real inputs.
