I provide clean, coordinated 2D CAD drafting for U.S. residential remodels, additions, and homes from approved client-supplied sketches, PDFs, markups, DWGs, surveys, and consultant documents. Deliverables are limited to the selected tier and the agreed drawing list.

This service provides CAD drafting and documentation support only. It does not include licensed architectural services, code analysis or certification, site verification, surveys, structural/civil/MEP design or calculations, professional seals, permit submission, or permit approval. I can incorporate information issued by your licensed architect, engineer, surveyor, or consultant. Where required, final documents must be reviewed, completed, and sealed by the appropriately licensed professional in the project jurisdiction.
