What if you can't find or fix the bug?
If I genuinely can't reproduce or resolve the issue, I will let you know and I won't charge you. I'd rather be honest than deliver a non-fix.
Do I need to give you access to my full game?
Ideally yes for the higher tiers, as reproducing bugs is much faster if I have all the context available. For the basic tier I may be able to work from the script alone, but if you don't feel comfortable sharing everything, we can sort something out.
Will you fix the same bug again if it comes back?
If the same bug reappears after my fix, then yes, that will be covered under revisions. If a new bug appears elsewhere, then that's a separate order.
