I will animate your ai image upscale the video to 4k slow it down, etc

Basic Package:

I will animate your AI image inside AI software, at 1024x576 resolution at 7 fps (25 frames).

Standard Package:

As in Basic Package, plus I will also import the animation into video editing software and saved it as 25 separated images. Then I will upscale these images (by 4x4 times) inside AI photo editing software, then I will load the images back into video editing software into project with timeline at 1920x1080 (or vertical 1080x1920 or square 1080x1080, depending on original AI image). The video will still have only 25 different frames (as the original AI animation).

Premium Package:

As in Standard Package, except I will upscale these 25 images (frames from the video) for factor 12x12 (can be up to 15.000 x 15.000 pixels) and then I will import upscaled images to the project at 4K resolution (3840x2160, 2160x3840, 2160x2160, depending on original AI image).

Then I will generate ADDITIONAL FRAMES (as much as there would be need), to smooth the video, also to slow down the video, to match desired speed/length. All that on 60 fps (frames per second).

Please know that I have no control over conversion from AI into the AI animation, that's up to AI software.
