What do I need to provide before placing an order?
-Your product/service details -Brief or creative direction and a script (if you have one - I can also write one) -Any reference or inspiration videos -Number of videos and desired length -Target platform(s) (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) -If shipping a product, please include a tracking number
What are the usage rights included?
You receive 3-month commercial usage rights for paid and organic social media use. After 3 months, you can renew or extend usage by contacting me directly. The content is for your brand’s use only - it may not be resold, licensed, or used by third parties without permission.
When do usage rights start?
Usage rights become active after the order is marked complete and payment is released through Fiverr.
Do you create videos in any other languages?
I can create videos in English and in Hungarian.
I have a specific budget in mind for my project. Do you do custom offers?
Absolutely! Send me your set budget if you have any and I am happy to work around that and create the best possible content for you.
Do you use AI to create content?
Strictly no. All of my videos are human-made and authentically created by me. AI tools may be used only for minor editing adjustments (like colour correction) My likeness, voice, performance or the content itself strictly cannot be used for AI training, alteration, or replication.
Can I ask for revisions?
Yes. Minimum one free revision is included (increases with the size of the package/order) Major reshoots or creative changes after delivery may require an additional order.
What if my product arrives late or damaged?
Don't worry :) If there are any delays in product shipping I will extend the delivery timeline. You won't be charged extra. If the product arrives damaged or incompatible I’ll inform you immediately and adjust the delivery schedule.
Do you return the product after filming?
Only if requested before placing the order. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer. Unclaimed products after 14 days may be retained or discarded.
Can you guarantee results (views, sales, engagement)?
No. I provide high-quality creative content, but performance depends on factors like targeting, ad spend, and algorithm behaviour.
