Yes, after placing the order I need access to the store. For this purpose, I will send you a collaboration request or you will add me as a staff member.
Do you need full access to store?
No, I just need access to apps, products, settings, and themes.
Will you delete, any current app while optimizing store speed?
No! I will not delete any of your current apps while optimizing the store.
Will optimization affect any functionality or design of the Shopify store?
My optimizations will not affect any look or functionality of your Shopify store.
Do you create a backup before optimization?
Yes, I always create a backup of the theme on the store before optimization. Also, I always make sure that every site functionality is exactly the same before and after optimization.
Do I need to stop ads or shutdown my store while optimizing my website?
Not at all. There is no need for that. I will make a copy of the live theme and I will implement all the changes on copy version of the theme. So your live theme will be safe and work normally for the visitors.
Do I get same results as you mentioned above?
Yes but The scores that are mentioned in my packages are only for Shopify themes, If you are using any third-party or Themeforest themes or a Page Builder(Pagefly,GemPages) then contact me first for custom quotes and possible estimations.
What does future support mean?
In the future support for the 1 month if your store speed will affect or drop due to any new changes into the theme files or installation of apps then we will improve your speed again. Future support is only applied to the premium package 😊
