I'm an Odoo Helpdesk Technician with hands-on experience supporting clients on Odoo 17, 18 and 19 (Enterprise). I diagnose and fix the issues that crop up day-to-day error messages, broken workflows, misconfigured modules, automation rules that aren't firing, reports showing the wrong data, permission problems, and the dozens of other things that quietly stop Odoo working the way it should.
