You need to provide: - Accurate and specific size / dimensions for design. - All contents (text / images) that you want to incorporate in your design. - Any design reference or even some bullet points on design will help. - Brand guideline (if you have)

Usually I provide the first before the expected delivery time. If you need urgent basis then you can order GIG extra to receive your draft even earlier (less than 24 hours).

I always try to revise any project the fast as possible, but the average revision execution and delivery takes maximum 1 day. In any case, please be patient because quality always requires some time! :)

After finalizing the design from your side, you will get the following files (depends on the package)- Editable Source File- ai or psd or indd Print Ready File – pdf or eps (with or without bleed) For Web – jpg or png

For basic GIG, you will get 1 concept and 5 revisions. But for the other packages you will get unlimited revisions. If you want more concepts, you need to use gig extra for new concept.

You will get reply / update within 1 hour for any of your query between 9am - 10pm (GMT+6). I will take maximum 4 hours during the non-working hours to respond.
