What documents or data can the RAG chatbot be trained on?
PDFs, Word documents, plain text files, website URLs and more. If you can share it, I can train the RAG AI chatbot on it. The pipeline retrieves answers directly from your content using Claude AI or OpenAI so responses are always grounded in your actual data.
Which AI model will the chatbot use, Claude AI or OpenAI?
Your choice. Both Claude AI and OpenAI GPT-4 work excellently for RAG chatbots. You will need your own API key from the provider, which I will guide you through obtaining. API usage costs are separate from my service fee.
Can the RAG chatbot be added to my website or messaging apps like WhatsApp?
Yes. The basic package includes a standalone React chat UI for your website. The premium package includes n8n automation to connect your RAG chatbot to WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or any platform you use.
