What files do you need?
A full PDF or DWG drawing set, plus specs and the bid scope if you have them.
Is pricing included?
Basic and Standard are quantities only. Full BOQ and Estimate includes pricing with your rates or market rates you approve.
Which measurement standard do you use?
CSI MasterFormat for US work, NRM2 for UK work, or your own template on request.
Will I get the CostX file?
You get Excel and marked-up PDF drawings, which open without CostX. Native files are included in Full BOQ and Estimate.
How accurate are the quantities?
Quantities come straight from the drawings provided, and every takeoff lists its assumptions, exclusions and waste factors.
