Every package includes full error correction, duplicate removal, and unlimited revisions.
Quick Clean (Basic): fast, plain cleaned output for files up to 100 rows.
Standard Clean: full cleaning for files up to 3,000 rows, plus polished formatting (frozen header, styled table, shading).
Deep Clean & Audit (Premium): everything in Standard for files up to 8,000 rows, plus a full 5-sheet workbook - a cleaned data sheet, a color-coded audit trail (corrected, standardized, or assumed, with a legend), a detailed cleaning log, and a per-column audit summary.
Formatting, Color Coding, or the Data Quality Report can also be added individually to Quick Clean or Standard Clean instead of upgrading the whole package. Need more rows or faster delivery? Extras available.

What file formats do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files. If your data is in another format, message me first and I'll let you know if I can work with it.
What if my file is larger than the Premium package?
Message me with the row count before ordering and I'll send a custom quote. Files with unusual issues like corrupted encoding or merged cells may also need a small custom quote.
How long will it take to get my cleaned file back?
Delivery depends on the package: 1 day for Quick Clean, 2 days for Standard Clean, 3 days for Deep Clean & Audit. Larger or more complex files may take a bit longer — I'll always confirm the timeline before starting.
Is my data kept private and secure?
Yes. Your file is used only to complete your order, your original data is never altered, and I don't share your data with anyone else.
What's the difference between the three packages?

Do you offer revisions if something needs to be fixed?
Yes, every package includes unlimited revisions until you're happy with the cleaned file.
What is the audit trail?
It's a dedicated sheet that logs every value I changed - the original value, the corrected value, and why it was updated, so you can see exactly what happened, not just trust that it did.
What's included in the data quality report?
A per-column breakdown showing data completeness percentage, plus counts of corrected, standardized, assumed, and flagged cells for each column, so you can see at a glance where your data needed the most work.
Do you do dashboards, graphs, or data entry?
This gig is focused on spreadsheet cleaning, but I do take on dashboard, graph, and data entry projects by custom quote. Message me with your project details and I'll let you know if it's a fit.
What does the color coding mean, and can I request custom color coding?
The color coding extra highlights what matters most in your data - profit vs. loss, missed deadlines, or any condition you specify. It's included free with Premium, or $15 (+1 day) as an add-on for Basic or Standard. Just tell me what to flag.
