About this Gig
Moving and living abroad can be exciting, rewarding and fun, yet it can me at the same time frustrating, challenging and lonely.
Being an expat for over 13 years having lived in 7 countries on 3 continents, I know this from real life experience.
As a life coach I will support you in this journey, so you never feel hopeless, alone or stuck not knowing what you should do next.
I created three options for you:
- Basic: Single initial session via Zoom (30 min). Once per person.
- Standard: One-off coaching session via Zoom where we'll dive into your challenge creating clear next steps (60 min)
- Premium: Monthly package including weekly coaching sessions via Zoom (60 min) and one weekly check-in via chat (15min) BEST VALUE

Why would I need an expat coach?
Living abroad can be fun, exciting and rewarding, but it’s also hard, lonely and difficult. You don’t have to do this alone, because a ton of people are experiencing similar hardships connected to life abroad as you are. As a coach and a woman living abroad, I face this every day too.
What topics do you usually discuss with your clients in this area?
Feeling alone, difficulties navigating in a new culture, language differences, multicultural romantic relationships, difficult decision-making, adjusting mindset and understanding different perspectives. If you’re not sure if I can support you with your topic, message me.
How do I know you’re the right coach for me?
Finding a coach that’s the right match is super important. Take your time to read through my profile, watch my introductory video, check out my portfolio and reviews. The initial consultation will further confirm if we’re a great match, and if not, no problem and keep searching.
Where do you come from and what countries did you live in? How long have you live abroad?
I come from the Czech Republic and currently live in Zambia ticking 9 years. I have lived in Sweden, Italy, Uganda, Tanzania and Mongolia. I have lived abroad pretty much since my early twenties, so that will be around 15 years.
Who are you as a person?
I’ve been vegetarian for 20+ years, I love reading and eating (not cooking!). I’m a mom to a 3year old, spent 10+ years doing humanitarian and development work. I love travelling, my husband says I talk a lot 😊 and I’m super curious.
Should I message you before placing the order?

What happens after I place the order?
You will be requested to submit the requirements, which in this case means booking the date and time for our coaching session through the link to my calendar. After that, I will share the button for the Zoom call (directly on the order page) and we will have a session at the time you booked.
What time zone are you on? Will we manage to find time suitable for both of us?
I’m on GMT+2. I have clients based on PT, ET, Australian time zones or CET, which means that we can pretty much always find a time that works for both of us. The great thing is that in my calendar link, you can pick your time zone to select the time conveniently without much calculations.
