I'm a life coach who'll accompany you on your journey towards your goals. I'll be by your side in the moments when you need encouragement and emotional support, I'll cheer you on and make sure you focus on what is really important to you.

I created three options for you:
1. Premium: four life and mindset coaching sessions (60 min each) via Zoom BEST VALUE
2. Standard: four life and mindset coaching sessions (30 min each) via Zoom
3. Basic: Single initial consultation where we decide if we will work together (30 min). ONCE PER PERSON.

FAQ
How do I know you’re the right coach for me?
Finding a coach that’s the right match is super important. Take your time to read through my profile, watch my introductory video, check out my portfolio and reviews. The initial consultation will further confirm if we’re a great match, and if not, no problem and keep searching.
Should I message you before placing the order?
If you have still some outstanding questions after reading through this FAQ, feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to get back to you. Otherwise, feel free to book the basic package (initial consultation) directly.
What happens after I place the order?
You will be requested to submit the requirements, which in this case means booking the date and time for our coaching session through the link to my calendar. After that, I will share the button for the Zoom call (directly on the order page) and we will have a session at the time you booked.
What time zone are you on? Will we manage to find time suitable for both of us?
I’m on GMT+2. I have clients based on PT, ET, Australian time zones or CET, which means that we can pretty much always find a time that works for both of us. The great thing is that in my calendar link, you can pick your time zone to select the time conveniently without many calculations.
Can you guarantee my results?
No. My role is to guide you and help you to create your own AHA moments and action steps. Unfortunately, I can't do the heavy lifting for you: if you want to get great results, you'll need to put in the work! If my clients put in the work, they get great results - see my portfolio section :)
Who are you as a person?
I’ve been vegetarian for 20+ years, I love reading and eating (not cooking!). I’m a mom to a 3year old, spent 10+ years doing humanitarian and development work. I love travelling, my husband says I talk a lot 😊 and I’m super curious. I come from Czechia and live in Zambia. I have my own coach.
Do you have a coach yourself?
Yes! I 100% believe in the power of coaching. Honestly, I don’t know how people can live without a coach. Having a coach allows me to grow, learn and get new perspectives because even coaches have blind spots (we are human too!). Having a coach just lights up my life 😊
