Do you provide 3D modeling services?
No, I specialize in rendering only. You need to provide a 3D model file (SketchUp, Revit, 3DS Max, etc.)
What file formats do you accept?
I work with most common 3D formats including SketchUp (.skp), Revit (.rvt), FBX, OBJ, and 3DS files. If you have a different format, message me before ordering and I'll let you know if it's compatible with D5 Render.
What resolution will I receive?
Standard packages include HD resolution (1920x1080). If you need 4K resolution (3840x2160), please add the 4K rendering extra to your order for an additional $5. File format is .PNG
What if I need revisions?
Each package includes revisions (Basic: 1, Standard: 2, Premium: 3). Revisions cover adjustments to camera angles, lighting tweaks, and minor material changes. Major changes like completely different views or extensive landscaping additions may require an additional order.
Can you do interior renders or night scenes?
I currently specialize in exterior daytime and sunset renders. I don't offer interior renders or nighttime scenes at this time. The Premium package includes lighting variety (day/sunset mix), not full night renders.
