I will find the shopify orders missing from your quickbooks books

Your Shopify to QuickBooks connector says Sync Successful. That does not mean every order arrived. One merchant checked a year by hand and found 183 of 1,629 orders never reached their books, eleven percent of sales.

I check that for you, order by order, and send back a named list.

You send two exports: your Shopify orders export and your QuickBooks sales export for the same period, with customer names, emails, phones and addresses deleted first. I only need order number, date, total and currency. I match the files and return three lists: orders confirmed in QuickBooks, orders with no accounting record, and orders found with a different amount. Each missing order is named by number and value so you or your bookkeeper can fix it directly.

I never ask for logins, passwords, API keys or store access. I never write to your books. Both files are deleted after delivery.

Works with Intuit's Shopify Connector, Parex, Synder, Webgility, MyWorks and Bold when they post individual orders. Does not work with A2X or any connector posting payout summaries, because there are no individual orders to check. Message me before ordering if unsure.
