1. I will prepare your UK limited company accounts and corporation tax return and handle the submission to Companies House and HMRC.  

Included:

• Full UK Ltd company annual accounts for HMRC
• Filleted/Abbreviated UK Ltd company accounts for Companies House
• UK Ltd company corporation tax return (CT600).

Requirements:

This is a professional service by a fully regulated accountant and a registered tax agent of HMRC. As such I will require a certified copy of directors passports, proof of the address (utility bill, bank statement) for Anti-Money Laundering purposes. No accounts/tax returns can be submitted to the authorities until these have been received.

I will also need the following information:

1. Company name 
2. Directors full names
3. Companies House Web-filing Authorisation Code
4. HMRC Corporation Tax reference number

To prepare the accounts a download of the company bank statement covering the whole year is needed together with any annotations that will assist me in identifying the type of transactions in order to build a profit & loss statement.
