What files and information do you need?
Please provide the old and new Excel or CSV files, identify the SKU or product-code column, and specify the price column, currency, unit and packaging rules.
What if my files do not have matching SKUs?
Please contact me before ordering. I may be able to use another agreed identifier, but product-name matching can create uncertain results and may require additional review.
Will you modify my original files?
No. Your original files will remain unchanged. I will provide a separate Excel workbook containing the comparison results and any cleaned or corrected data included in your package.
How do you handle uncertain product matches?
I do not guess. Records with unclear SKUs, units, currencies, packaging or product identities will be placed in an exception list for review.
Can you compare more than two files or multiple suppliers?
Yes, but please contact me before ordering so I can review the number of files, rows, suppliers, currencies and expected output before confirming the scope.
